本标准规定了荧光粉水溶性氯化物、密度、粒度分布、相对亮度、相对光谱功率分布、色度坐标、紫外辐照稳定性、余辉相对亮度、相对光度效率、余辉时间、热稳定性，干、湿粘着力的测试方法。本标准适用于各灯荧光粉，其中，紫外辐照稳定性和余辉相对亮度的试验方法仅适用于光致发光荧光粉，流明效率、余辉时间、热稳定性，干、湿粘着力的试验方法仅适用于阴极射线致荧光粉。
