【摘要】:Thestandardtestmethodisdesignedtoproducemeasurementsoftherateofexplosionpressureriseandthemaximumrateofexplosionpressureriseofaflammablegas/air/inertmixtureinaclosedvolumeatambienttemperatureandpressure.InthisEuropeanStandard,theterm"gas"includesvapoursbutnotmists.DetonationanddecompositionphenomenaarenotconsideredinthisEuropeanStandard.TheratesofpressurerisemeasuredbytheproceduresspecifiedinthisEuropeanStandardarenotapplicabletoflameproofenclosures,thatisenclosuresintendedtowithstandaninternalexplosionandnottotransmitittoanexternalexplosiveatmosphere,oranyotherclosedvolumewheretheinternalgeometrycanresultinpressurepiling.EveninanenclosureofrelativelysimplegeometrythedispositionoftheinternalcomponentscanleadtoratesofpressurerisesignificantlyhigherthanthosemeasuredusingthisEuropeanStandard.FlameproofenclosuresshallbeconstructedandtestedinaccordancewiththerequirementscontainedinEN60079-1forelectricalequipmentandEN13463-3fornon-electricalequipment.
