【摘要】:Thefollowingappliestoallspecifiedlimitsinthisstandardforpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisspecification:Theobservedvalueoracalculatedvalueshallberoundedofftothenearestunitinthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.1Thisspecificationcovershafniumalloyedniobiumingotspreparedbyvacuum-orplasma-arcmeltingorelectron-beamfurnacemelting,oracombinationofthesemethods,toproduceconsolidatedmetalforprocessingtovariousmillshapes.1.2ThematerialcoveredbythisspecificationisGradeR04295,niobium-basealloycontainingapproximately10%hafniumand1%titanium.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.
