【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheprocedurestobefollowedwhenconnectingcylindervalvestogascylinders.ItspecificallyappliestoallvalveandcylindercombinationsconnectedwithISOscrewthreadsasspecifiedinISO10920andISO11363-1.Itdefinesroutinesforinspectionandpreparationpriortovalvingforbothtaperandparallelscrewthreads.TorquevaluesaregiveninAnnexAforsteelandaluminiumgascylindersincludingcompositecylinderswithsteeloraluminiumboss.NOTETheproceduresandpracticesspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardcanbebeneficiallyappliedtoothervalvetocylinderscrewthreadconnectionsystems.ISO/TR11364[4]liststhevalvetogascylinderthreadsinuseworldwide.Itgivesdetailsofthethreadidentificationcodes,whetherthethreadsareinterchangeablewithISOthreadsandifthetapingprocedureandtorquevaluesspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardcanbeused.ISO/TR11364[4]givesclearguidanceforthemethodandtorqueforalllistedinletthreads,whicharenotinterchangeable.

【摘要】:Thepull-offstrengthofacoatingisanimportantperformancepropertythathasbeenusedinspecifications.Thistestmethodservesasameansforuniformlypreparingandtestingcoatedsurfaces,andevaluatingandreportingtheresults.Thistestmethodisapplicabletoanyportableapparatusmeetingthebasicrequirementsfordeterminingthepull-offstrengthofacoating.Variationsinresultsobtainedusingdifferentdevicesordifferentsubstrateswiththesamecoatingarepossible(seeAppendixX1).Therefore,itisrecommendedthatthetypeofapparatusandthesubstratebemutuallyagreeduponbetweentheinterestedparties.Thepurchaserorspecifiershalldesignateaspecifictestmethod,thatis,A,B,C,DorE,whencallingoutthisstandard.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforevaluatingthepull-offstrength(commonlyreferredtoasadhesion)ofacoatingonrigidsubstratessuchasmetal,concreteorwood.Thetestdetermineseitherthegreatestperpendicularforce(intension)thatasurfaceareacanbearbeforeaplugofmaterialisdetached,orwhetherthesurfaceremainsintactataprescribedforce(pass/fail).Failurewilloccuralongtheweakestplanewithinthesystemcomprisedofthetestfixture,adhesive,coatingsystem,andsubstrate,andwillbeexposedbythefracturesurface.Thistestmethodmaximizestensilestressascomparedtotheshearstressappliedbyothermethods,suchasscratchorknifeadhesion,andresultsmaynotbecomparable.1.2Pull-offstrengthmeasurementsdependuponbothmaterialandinstrumentalparameters.Resultsobtainedbyeachtestmethodmaygivedifferentresults.Resultsshouldonlybeassessedforeachtestmethodandnotbecomparedwithotherinstruments.Therearefiveinstrumenttypes,identifiedasTestMethodsA-E.Itisimperativetoidentifythetestmethodusedwhenreportingresults.1.3Thistestmethodusesaclassofapparatusknownasportablepull-offadhesiontesters.Theyarecapableofapplyingaconcentricloadandcounterloadtoasinglesurfacesothatcoatingscanbetestedeventhoughonlyonesideisaccessible.Measurementsarelimitedbythestrengthofadhesionbondsbetweentheloadingfixtureandthespecimensurfaceorthecohesivestrengthsoftheadhesive,coatinglayers,andsubstrate.1.4Thistestcanbedestructiveandspotrepairsmaybenecessary.1.5ThevaluesstatedinMPa(inch-pound)unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
