【摘要】:1.1.1ScopeofEurocode7(1)EN1997isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1990:2002,whichestablishestheprinciplesandrequirementsforsafetyandserviceability,describesthebasisofdesignandverificationandgivesguidelinesforrelatedaspectsofstructuralreliability.(2)EN1997isintendedtobeappliedtothegeotechnicalaspectsofthedesignofbuildingsandcivilengineeringworks.Itissubdividedintovariousseparateparts(see1.1.2).(3)EN1997isconcernedwiththerequirementsforstrength,stability,serviceabilityanddurabilityofstructures.Otherrequirements,e.g.concerningthermalorsoundinsulation,arenotconsidered.(4)NumericalvaluesofactionsonbuildingsandcivilengineeringworkstobetakenintoaccountindesignareprovidedinEN1991forthevarioustypesofconstruction.Actionsimposedbytheground,suchasearthpressures,shallbecalculatedaccordingtotherulesofEN1997.(5)SeparateEuropeanStandardsareintendedtobeusedtotreatmattersofexecutionandworkmanship.Theyaredenotedintherelevantsections.(6)InEN1997executioniscoveredtotheextentthatisnecessarytoconformtotheassumptionsofthedesignrules.(7)EN1997doesnotcoverthespecialrequirementsofseismicdesign.EN1998providesadditionalrulesforgeotechnicalseismicdesign,whichcompleteoradapttherulesofthisstandard.1.1.2ScopeofEN1997-2(1)EN1997-2isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1997-1andprovidesrulessupplementarytoEN1997-1relatedto:?planningandreportingofgroundinvestigations;?generalrequirementsforanumberofcommonlyusedlaboratoryandfieldtests;?interpretationandevaluationoftestresults;?derivationofvaluesofgeotechnicalparametersandcoefficients.Inaddition,examplesoftheapplicationoffieldtestresultstodesignaregiven.NOTEEstablishmentofcharacteristicvaluesiscoveredinEN1997-1.(2)Thisdocumentgivesnospecificprovisionsforenvironmentalgroundinvestigations.(3)Onlycommonlyusedgeotechnicallaboratoryandfieldtestsarecoveredinthisstandard.Thesewereselectedonthebasisoftheirimportanceingeotechnicalpractice,availabilityincommercialgeotechnicallaboratoriesandexistenceofanacceptedtestingprocedureinEurope.Thelaboratorytestsonsoilsaremainlyapplicabletosaturatedsoils.NOTEItisexpectedthatupdatesofthepresentstandardwillgraduallyincludelaboratoryandfieldtestscoveringadditionalaspectsofsoilandrockbehaviour.(4)Theprovisionsofthisstandardapplyprimarilytoprojectsofgeotechnicalcategory2,asdefinedin2.1ofEN1997-1:2004.Thegroundinvestigationrequirementsforcategory1projectsarenormallylimitedastheverificationsoftenwillbebasedonlocalexperience.Forgeotechnicalcategory3projects,theamountofinvestigationsrequiredwillnormallybeatleastthesameasindicatedforgeotechnicalcategory2projectsinthefollowingsections.Additionalinvestigationsandmoreadvancedtests,relatedtothecircumstancesthatplaceaprojectingeotechnicalcategory3,maybenecessary.(5)Thederivationofparametervaluesisdedicatedprimarilytothedesignofpileandspreadfoundationsbasedonfieldtesting,asdetailedinAnnexesD,E,FandGofEN1997-1:2004.
