【摘要】:CAUTION—Manufacturersshallensurethatemissionsfromtheirproductsofsubstanceswhichcouldbehazardoustohealthortotheenvironmentarenotinexcessofthelegallypermittedlevelinthecountryofuse.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsformaterialforpreformedvulcanizedrubberjointsealsusedbetweenconcretepavingsectionsofhighways.Itisapplicabletosealsforjointsinnewconcretehighwaysaswellastomaintenanceworkonsuchhighways.Itdoesnotcoverthedesignordimensionsofseals,butgeneralrequirementsforfinishedsealsaregiven.NOTEThisInternationalStandardisbasedonexperiencewithchloroprene(CR)rubberandethylene-propylenedienemonomer(EPDM)rubber.
