【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheapparatusandtestproceduretobeusedinconductingacceleratedcorrosiontestsforthecomparativeevaluationofmetallicmaterialswithorwithoutpermanentcorrosionprotectionortemporarycorrosionprotectioninsalt-contaminatedoutdoorenvironments.Thetestinvolvescyclicexposureofthespecimenstoneutralsaltmist,"dry"and"wet"conditions.Thetypeoftestspecimenandtheexposureperiodarenotspecified.Theparticularadvantagesofthistestoverconventionalacceleratedtestssuchastheneutralsaltspraytest(NSS)lieinitsabilitytobetterreproducethecorrosionthatoccursinoutdoorsalt-contaminatedenvironments.Theacceleratedcorrosiontestsinvolvingcyclicexposuretosaltmist,"dry"and"wet"conditionsapplyto:—metalsandtheiralloys;—metalliccoatings(anodicandcathodic);—conversioncoatings;—anodicoxidecoatings;—organiccoatingsonmetallicmaterials.NOTEMethodsoftestforcoatingstodeterminetheirresistance,inthepresenceofscribemarksthroughtothesubstrate,tovariouscycliccorrosionconditionswhichincludethecondensationofwateronthetestpanelsduringperiodsofhumidityaregiveninISO11997-1:1998.
