【摘要】:ThispartofISO16063specifiestheinstrumentationandproceduresusedforprimaryangularvibrationcalibrationofangulartransducers,i.e.angularaccelerometers,angularvelocitytransducersandrotationalangletransducers(withorwithoutamplifier)toobtainthemagnitudeandthephaseshiftofthecomplexsensitivitybysteady-statesinusoidalvibrationandlaserinterferometry.ThemethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO16063areapplicabletomeasuringinstruments(rotationallaservibrometersinparticular)andtoangulartransducersasdefinedinISO2041forthequantitiesofrotationalangle,angularvelocityandangularacceleration.Itisapplicabletoafrequencyrangefrom1Hzto1,6kHzandadynamicrange(amplitude)from0,1rad/s2to1000rad/s2(frequency-dependent).TheserangesarecoveredwiththeuncertaintyofmeasurementspecifiedinClause3.Calibrationfrequencieslowerthan1Hz(e.g.0,4Hz,whichisareferencefrequencyusedinotherInternationalStandards)andangularaccelerationamplitudessmallerthan0,1rad/s2canbeachievedusingmethod3Aormethod3BspecifiedinthispartofISO16063,inconjunctionwithanappropriatelow-frequencyangularvibrationgenerator.Method1A(cf.Clause8:fringe-counting,interferometertypeA)andmethod1B(cf.Clause8:fringe-counting,interferometertypeB)areapplicabletothecalibrationofthemagnitudeofcomplexsensitivityinthefrequencyrangeof1Hzto800Hzandunderspecialconditions,athigherfrequencies.Method2A(cf.Clause9:minimum-pointmethod,interferometertypeA)andmethod2B(cf.Clause9:minimum-pointmethod,interferometertypeB)canbeusedforsensitivitymagnitudecalibrationinthefrequencyrangeof800Hzto1,6kHz.Method3A(cf.Clause10:sine-approximationmethod,interferometertypeA)andmethod3B(cf.Clause10:sine-approximationmethod,interferometertypeB)canbeusedformagnitudeofsensitivityandphasecalibrationinthefrequencyrangeof1Hzto1,6kHz.Methods1A,1Band3A,3Bprovideforcalibrationsatfixedangularaccelerationamplitudesatvariousfrequencies.Methods2Aand2Brequirecalibrationsatfixedrotationalangleamplitudes(angularvelocityamplitudeandangularaccelerationamplitudevarywithfrequency).
