【摘要】:Anaccountabilityandqualitycontrolsystemisestablishedbylaboratorymanagementtoimprovethequalityofitsresults.Itprovidesdocumentedrecordswhichservetoassureusersofthelaboratoryrsquo;servicesthataspecifiedlevelofprecisionisachievedintheroutineperformanceofitsmeasurementsandthatthedatareportedwereobtainedfromthesamplessubmitted.Thesystemalsoprovidesfor:earlywarningtoanalystswhenmethodsorequipmentbegintodevelopabiasorshowdeteriorationofprecision;theprotectionandretrievabilityofdata(results);traceabilityandcontrolofsamplesastheyareprocessedthroughthelaboratory;goodcommunicationofsampleinformationbetweensubmitters,analysts,andsupervision;andinformationonsampleprocessinghistory.Thisguidedescribessuchasystem.Otheraccountabilityandqualitycontrolprogramscanbedeveloped.Suchprogramscanbeequivalenttotheprograminthisguideiftheyprovideallofthebenefitsmentionedabove.1.1Thisguidecoverstheessentialaspectsofanaccountabilityandqualitycontrolprogramforachemicalanalysislaboratory.Thereasonsforestablishingandoperatingsuchaprogramarediscussed.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthetotaldepositionofmercury.ThisstandardcanbeusedwithintheframeworkoftheEuropeanCouncilDirectiveonAmbientAirQualityAssessmentandManagementandDirective2004/107/EC.PerformancerequirementswithwhichthemethodhastocomplyarespecifiedinthisEuropeanStandard.TheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodweredeterminedincomparativefieldvalidationtestscarriedoutattwoEuropeanlocations.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletobackgroundsitesthatareinaccordancewiththerequirementsofDirective2004/107/ECandtourbanandindustrialsites.Thisstandardallowsthesamplingofdepositionusingcylindricaldepositiongauges,andanalysisusingColdVapourAtomicAbsorptionSpectrometry(CVAAS)orColdVapourAtomicFluorescenceSpectrometry(CVAFS)followingexistingharmonisedandstandardisedprocedures.Thestandardisapplicableforthemeasurementofmercuryindepositionbetween1ng/(m?d)and100ng/(m?d).
